What Is an 8 Person Office Meeting Pod?

An 8 person meeting pod is a self-contained modular meeting room: acoustic wall panels, a sealed glass door, silent ventilation, lighting, and pre-wired power and data, assembled on site as a standalone unit, not a built structure.

Most offices have a few small huddle rooms and one big conference room, with almost nothing in between. The 8 person pod fills that gap, giving a whole squad or client-facing team its own private room without a long approval cycle for a new cabin.
